Refund policy
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON JEWELRY, BATH PRODUCTS, DISCOUNTED AND/OR SALE ITEMS and no returns will be accepted. All boots are subject to exchange or store credit ONLY. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE on any return or exchange. We try our best to provide accurate information on sizing and fit, you can contact us for specific questions or measurements. Please visit our contact page to reach out.
Returns: We only accept returns for store-credit or exchange. For a return to be approved the tags must still be attached to the item(s) and the item(s) is/are free from all make-up, deodorant, wear, tear, etc. The item(s) must be received within 15 days of the delivery date. For example, if your order is shipped on Monday, and you recieve it on Wednesday, you have 15 days from Wendesday.
Returns can be accepted for certain regular priced items purchased directly from 6Whiskey.com
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for a different size within 10 days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For an exchange to be approved the tags must still be attached to the item(s) and the item(s) is/are free from make-up, deodorant, wear, tear, etc.
Damages: If you receive a damaged box, please notify us of the damaged merchandise within 48 hours via email. Please save the shipping box for the carrier, who will collect the package for inspection.
Lost Packages: 6Whiskey is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. We are not liable for packages once they leave the store.
Boots: Boots must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying boots on. Any signs of wear will make them ineligible for return. All boots are subject to exchange or store-credit only.
Incorrect Orders: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are human, and mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, or, are missing an item let us know by emailing: hello@6Whiskey.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have recieved the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days, once recieved we will ship the replacement item.
In-Store Returns: We accept returns in-store 15 days after the purchase date. All jewlery, bath products, boots, and sale items are considered final sale.
